Who we are

What we collect

When you order: your name, email address, phone number, delivery address, the products you buy and any gift note. When you contact us: your name, email address and message. When you subscribe to our newsletter: your email address and the date of your consent.

Why we use it

To process, deliver and support your order, including returns (performance of a contract). To keep the records that tax and accounting law requires (legal obligation). To answer your questions (legitimate interest). To send our newsletter, only if you subscribed (consent, which you can withdraw at any time).

How long we keep it

Order and invoice records: as long as tax law requires (in the Netherlands normally 7 years). Contact messages: up to 2 years after the conversation ends. Newsletter: until you unsubscribe.

Who receives it

Our payment provider Stripe processes payments. Our email provider sends order emails. The carrier that delivers your parcel receives your name, address and phone number. We do not sell your data.

Cookies

We use one strictly necessary cookie. It keeps the contents of your bag and protects our forms against misuse. Only if you accept statistics cookies, we also use Google Analytics 4 (Google Ireland Ltd.) to measure how visitors find and use our shop. Google then sets _ga cookies (kept for up to two years) and receives information about your visit, such as the pages you view, your device and approximate location; Google Analytics 4 does not store IP addresses. Google may process this data in the United States under the EU-US Data Privacy Framework. We do not use advertising cookies and do not share data with Google for advertising. Without your consent no statistics cookies are placed. You can change or withdraw your choice at any time via Cookie settings at the bottom of every page. Separately, we count page views, visits and page speed in our own system without cookies and without personal data.

Your rights

You can ask us to access, correct or delete your data, to restrict or object to its use, or to receive a copy, by emailing info@jrkdm.com. You can also file a complaint with the Dutch Data Protection Authority (Autoriteit Persoonsgegevens).
