Returns at a glance

• 14-day right of withdrawal: tell us within 14 days after you receive your order, without giving a reason.
• Voluntary returns: unused teaware can be returned up to 30 days after delivery, with our approval in advance.
• Faulty, damaged or incorrect products: we arrange a solution and pay reasonable return costs.
• Return postage for a change of mind is at your cost.

14-day right of withdrawal

As a consumer in the EU you may withdraw from your purchase within 14 days without giving a reason. The period starts on the day after you receive the products; if your order arrives in several parcels, it starts on the day after you receive the last one. To withdraw, email info@jrkdm.com within this period, preferably with your order number, or use the model withdrawal form below. After telling us, you have another 14 days to send the products back.

Return postage and risk

For a return because you changed your mind, the cost and risk of sending the products back are yours. Use a tracked parcel service and keep the proof of shipment. If a product is faulty, damaged or incorrect, we pay the return costs.

Condition of returned products

You may handle a product as you would in a shop to judge it. Return it complete, with all accessories and, where reasonably possible, in its original packaging. If a product has been handled more than needed to judge it, we may deduct the loss in value from your refund.

Refunds

Within 14 days after we receive your withdrawal, we refund the price of the products and the cost of the cheapest standard delivery we offered for your order. Extra costs for a faster delivery method you chose are not refunded. If you return only part of an order, the original delivery charge is not refunded. We refund on the payment method you used and may wait until we have received the products back or you have shown proof that you sent them, whichever comes first.

Voluntary returns up to 30 days

From day 15 up to day 30 after delivery you can still return teaware, with our approval in advance: email info@jrkdm.com first. The product must be unused, complete and in a condition to be sold again, preferably in its original packaging. Return postage is at your cost and the original delivery charge is not refunded. We may decline a return that does not meet these conditions. This voluntary policy does not limit your statutory rights.

Tea, dried fruit and other food

Opened or used tea, dried fruit and other food cannot be returned under the voluntary 30-day policy. By law, the right of withdrawal does not apply to products that spoil quickly, nor to sealed products that are unsuitable for return for health or hygiene reasons once the seal has been broken after delivery. Unopened food with its seal intact can be returned within the 14-day withdrawal period. These exclusions do not affect your rights if a product is faulty, damaged, incorrect or not as described.

Gift sets

The teaware in a gift set can be returned as described above; the food in a gift set only while it is unopened. A recipient can return a gift too; the refund goes to the buyer's original payment method.

Damaged, faulty or incorrect products

Email info@jrkdm.com as soon as reasonably possible with your order number, a description of the problem and photos or a video if helpful. Keep the product and the original packaging until we have reviewed your case. Once confirmed, we arrange a replacement, repair or refund, and pay reasonable return costs where a return is needed. Your statutory guarantee and conformity rights are not affected.

Exchanges

Would you like a different product, colour or variant? Contact us first. Depending on stock, we arrange an exchange or ask you to return the original product and place a new order.

Business orders

The 14-day right of withdrawal applies to consumers only. Returns of wholesale and business orders need our prior written approval. This does not affect claims for faulty, damaged or incorrectly supplied products.
