Care

Rinse before first use and wash by hand with a soft sponge and a little washing-up liquid. Borosilicate glass handles hot water, but avoid sudden changes in temperature and do not put it on a hob or open flame. Wipe bamboo and wooden parts with a damp cloth, dry them straight away and do not let them soak. Make sure every part is completely dry before you pack it back into its case or bag. Not suitable for the dishwasher or microwave. Stop using any piece that is cracked or chipped.
