• Black tea 3 g per 150 ml, 90–95 °C, 2–3 minutes; or 5 g per 100 ml in a gaiwan with short infusions.
• Oolong 5–7 g per 100 ml, 95–100 °C, start with 20–30 seconds and add time with each infusion.
